Ideally I'd like to trim down to 3 bikes from 12. I usually ride the Vector, Hutch, Kuwahara or PK.
If these were yours, where would you start to downsize? I am equally attached to all of them.

keep 5, off the rest! Switch up some parts to keep the 3 or 4 or even better....seats, pedals..etc!

I'd keep the XL24, blue JMC, and the Quad.

I'd keep the Kuwi, JMC, Thruster, & maybe the Vector. The first one I would sell is the Quad. I've never been a fan.

Now...if you want to get rid of the Kuwi, I'd love to help you out.

The quadangle is actually the first one I offered up via PM a couple weeks ago, the guy had already bought a bike before I could get pics for him. I like that one a lot because it's one of 150 Cr-MO's. I added up parts and came up to over $2500 I'd like to get for it.

Keep both the JMC and kuwi..the rest are easy to find and you can find them on here almost everyday if you ever decide to build one again

Keep the Hutch because when you're old and creaky, it's the only one you'll still be able to ride.

Totally depends on why you have to downsize-space or cash. It would make me do different things.

Top three plus the thruster. Maybe the jmc also. I know what you mean about the space. I have a rack for 7 and have 12 bikes. Im keeping all of them even if i have to build another garage.

Why down size ? That's a beautiful collection , somthing to be proud of, not everybody I lucky enough to own one of those bikes . You have to many bikes boo hoo but good luck wit the decision anyway
