Well I bought a set of boss bars from him ( http://bmxmuseum.com/forums/viewtopic.php?id=435312 ) and he fell off the planet. brackett said his Last visit was 2012-07-16 10:50pm, so hes been around since then.

After I got the admins involved he sent me this on the above date;

He's in Michigan so the would have been here by now.

I haven't heard from him either ! I did a trade with him for those hubs and I'm not happy but what I'm I to do ? I don't care what people go thru just keep us posted ! I did a big move and I posted it on the Manteca and San Diego Event Section and still did everything to keep a something like a Hello or a " F " u on here ! I don't care if someone was croaking in my family, I still would get on here ! I just don't understand some of you MF'ers but O'Well ! Bryan you have me upset but NOW I'm snapping out of it so here's the deal, send me my stuff back and move on with life or send me the hubs and now it a fair trade since u just disappeared for as I will not be sending u the money !

Well I have a Open case at Paypal !! They will just take it right back and he will be left with a negative bank account. 35 dollars hits left and right should make him struggle for a little bit. One time i sold about 10 different RC Car banners on ebay to the same person.... Im as honest as they get here. I sent them, Have a reciept showed that i sent them. Even told paypal i have a reciept showing that i sent them, That is was out of my hands, The post office has them....... They still took to 240.00 dollars back out of my account and got nothing........ I personally think the person got them and didnt see any insurance and just said i never got them and made a claim thru Paypal....... the moral of the story is............ PAYPAL will give your money back !!

i just did a pp claim on somebody from here. it was a little of a hassle but i did get my money back. i also delt with brackett on that matter and he did what he could to help resolve it before taking it up with pp. so good luck and hope this doesnt reflect on the rest of us mi people.

ALL PARTS HAVE BEEN SHIPPED AND EVERYONE HAS BEEN PM'ED EMAILED ETC..ANYONE WITH CLAIMS I ADDED TRACKING #S AS WELL THRU PP. I PM'ed Bryan about a DC clamp he sold me at the end of June... he apologized, told me he was going through some personal stuff and gave me a tracking number. We have all beat the dead horse about communication, but I am confident this member is going to make right with everyone. As long as we all have the time (and good SENSE) to do Paypal claims before the deadline if necessary, lets give him the benefit of he doubt... life does get in the way sometimes. I will add to this thread when my part arrives.

Typed this before the above post from Bryan... hope all works out for you man.

Got a hold of Ryan and parts are sent he says ! I have no tracking number as I type this and still no hubs, just checked mail ! Now the deal was parts trade plus $25 bucks going to him from me. My question is this, do I send him the $25 bucks now or when and if I get the hubs or should this now be a even trade for this mess ? The parts trade was a even trade I do believe cause I just saw another member on here selling same hubs for $70.00 shipped ! I understand a deal is a deal but also no communication is a headache ! Should I just write this off or pay the $25 when I have hubs in hand ? I need a mod on this Please ! I don't want to screw anyone over, but I STILL DON'T have the TNT hubs or a tracking number ! No one's going to ban you if you make all this right.
Don't worry about the internet tough guys, they are the least of your problems.
As long as you stay in touch with your buyers and they get their stuff everything should work out just fine here.
Sorry to hear about your personal stuff and I truly hope it all works out for you. In the future, if you aren't prepared to handle the responsibilities of selling here then please hold off listing until you are.
