Long story short, my friend Mike needed a bike. He was a faithful member of the FL Black Widows and rode every Sunday. When he began to skip rides I felt bad because I knew it was because he didn't have a bike of his own and too nice of a guy to borrow one of mine.   So I felt compelled to build him something worthy of a fellow Black Widow. Mike is one of the nicest guys I know and he would give you the shirt off of his back. So, it was the least I could do for such a good friend. Everyone chipped in and helped get this thing together. (You know who you are.)

Here is what it looked like when I got it.



Here are some pictures of me painting it. We sanded it down and gave it two solid coats of grey primer.




After getting high on spray paint and sweating all over myself this was the result.



I spent the entire day collecting parts from my garage and cleaning everything up. Here is the result.



After several adult beverages and a few breaks I got it to the point that it was looking like a killer build.




Well into the night I finally had it to the point that I felt it was almost complete. Then I discovered a decal set that Charlie Brown had donated to the parts collection.



With a little help from my friends and a whole lot more alcohol the build was complete. It took me the entire day!!
