Re: 1986 Orion
Any twin top tube is cool by me.....the fact that you got it out of a scrapyard makes it even better.
Is Orion a Australian produced bike?If so did they have other models?

Re: 1986 Orion
so ive recently just picked up an orion frame. its been passed around my mates for about 10 years. we originally found it in large grabage. you know when people throw all their shit out on the lawn. so we grabbed it. since then it has just been sitting in my mates yard. so i decided to fix it up. all my mates ahve said its not the easisest bike to put together as it dosent fit to many parts really well. do you have any tips on restoring this bad boy?? and any info about the bike. haro makes a really similar bike called the freestyle that is almost identical.

Re: 1986 Orion
no pics yet still trying to figure out a colour scheme at the moment its powder coated white. but as its been sitting out side for sometime its got a bit of rust on it. im not sure if i want to restore it and have older parts on it or just put new parts on it as i wouldnt mind riding it about.

Re: 1986 Orion
yeh if i did do it up though would it be worth much i dont think it would as its not a well known bike. id rather ride it than stare at it but which is why im thinking of just using new parts on it. and if the frame goes oh well
