Looks like iv been scammed by seller -jayjoaquin- !!!! Beware !!!
Hes what iv been through with the seller and il try and cut a long story short.
Ya'll might remember this mirror finish Haro for sale rechromed by the scammer himself about 4 months ago?
-Well I bought this and payed on the spot
-month goes by still no frame so I contact him and ask to track it for me
-he reply and I quote " oh sorry it's been sitting in the PO for a mont cause my wife forgot to sign the release form.
- OK so then he said he sent it off
- another 2 weeks still nothing!!!
- he keeps telling me he sent it but can't prove it and can't find the receipt.
- he msgs me saying he found some fork standers and they get posted out 2 weeks after the first month of waiting for the frame and I receive them but of coarse the treads are beyond repair so they get binned!!
- so 2 months goes by and jayjoaquin keeps being friendly and replying to all the msgs as you would cause now he's stalled me over the 45 day period that I could of got help from payola yeh? K so
- 3 months from the time he received full payment still nothing so he sends me a MSG saying he gave it to a member in he's family with a drug problem and spends the money that was for posting the frame to me. And tells me hes still got it with him , Another bs excuse that has added to all the other bs ones.
He tells admin that he needs another two weeks to give me my money back which was sposed to be on the 6th of July. Still nothing and not replying to our msgs.
# JAYJOAQUIN !!! Man up!!!! All I won't is my money back and to move on !! U think u can scam oversieze buyers can you??? Karma will get you my friend!!! Trust me on that.
GUYS BEWARE OF THIS SELLER DO NOT TRUST HIM ONE BIT!!
IF UR UNFORTUNATE ENOUGH TO VUY SOMTHING OFF HIM MAKE SURE YOU FILE A CASE WITH PAYPAL Before 45 days is up regardless of his sweet talk!!!!
- reminder this is a long story cut short, still got all the msgs from him as proof of he's scamming!!!

He's the last MSG he sent me after making me wait for 3 months guys.
Really not fair I was coming home every day just to check if the Haro arrived or not and he didn't even send it off!! And now hea done the runner with the cash !!

Totally sucks to hear this bro!Looks like he stalled ta passed the 45 day mark knowing the paypal claim option would not be an option.You should have filed before the time period regardless of his"sob stories".Any members live near this clown?If he was by me I would make a trip over there for ya.Hopefully another member lives close enough to drop by and pay a visit.This shizz is happening WAY too much lately.I am leery to by anything from this site any more.The dirt bag level of members is climbing to an alarming rate.Seems these threads are almost a weekly thing.To the seller man up!!! I would still file the claim regardless of it being past the 45 days. You do have a paper trail. Never hurts...

You should file a claim, if for no other reason then to have his paypal account red-flagged. They will not refund your money, that 45 day limit is pretty set in stone. However, it can cause him problems if you report this to paypal.
