This frame was NOS from a bike shop in Tokyo. Brought it back to the USA and built it up the way I always wanted. Still need some original Pads.

Nice Elf,great chrome and blue theme,i like it!Check out my 91 Elf 24 it looks like it's big brother.My bars are extended to 29 inches.
