top quality!!
This bike was in storage for 28 years!! All top shelf parts-Campy Pista 170s, Cook Bros bars, DK junior stem, Ukais, Cook Bros hubs, Campy brake, etc. Light as a feather. A little cleaning up and she's good to go

Re: 1981 Cook Bros. Racing
Probably more an 81 with that crush proof brake bridge and what look to be the axle tensioners.
CBR serials started over when they changed the brake bridge, and then again when they added the tensioners, so, a low SN is just a low SN for that model/version.
Whenever someone says, "I'm not book smart, but I'm street smart," all I hear is, "I'm not real smart, but I'm imaginary smart."
