Sweet bike! My boy still has his blue 92 but wouldn't give it up! I remember seeing this one. Those decals are 91. Were they switched? That looks like an OG 91 going by the parts and decals.

Re: 1990 GT Mach One

The seria number starts 0890 so that would be a late 90 I guess smile

I'd say that was sold as a 91 being made in August. They started using those stems and seat clamps for 91 models. Seen plenty of early 90's Gt's pre-dated as early as August. Plus I have a 92 pro series dated 8-91! Seems that around that time August (or maybe earlier) was the cutoff. Thanks for posting the build date. I have been researching the early 90's GT serials since I have one and that's when I was really into these bikes smile

1st Electric Blue 91 I have seen, and it is pretty sweet.  Yes, Aug of 90 is correct, making it a 91.

Yeah I was thinking that too! My friend has his original blue 92 but never seen a blue 91. It's a cool bike for sure!

Re: 1990 GT Mach One

I bought through e-bay recently a frame and fork of the same color in the same year. Then I came to the bmxmuseum to draw some ideas, remember how were the original parts etc. .. I found only two blue, and one where only the frame and fork and yours. So I was analyzing, reviewing and suddenly noticed that the same parties were peeled paint in the same part of the (now mine). Hooooo is the same bike! Now she's here in Brazil, and will take a different mount. rsrsr'm still missing some mounting details, more then I'll submit it. Vejameos is approved. hugs
