I made a wall clock out of a GT mag years ago. but couldnt get it to hang right.
I bet fork lamps would sell, it's a good idea.

First off, my bad. Just saying I've seen stuff made from sports stuff. A little off-topic, yeah.

Secondly, get over yourself. Why would I think it was cool a kid got killed? I thought it was cool of the shop owner to give the kid's folks free oil changes, and for one of the employees to take the time and effort to make a memorial for the kid. Chill.

I made a desk for my son out of two frames I cut the chainstays off and drilled two holes in the seat tubes and lag bolted the frames to the wall then used 3/4" a grade plywood for the desk top and nothing was wasted the chainstays were mounted to the top of the desk for some book ends  I wish I could find a pic of it I did that in my house in Florida so I don't have it anymore hopefully o can find a pic somewhere I'll look

In my shed I srayed an old Tuff bright green and wired a light in the center. It also has a KMC chain running next to the cord too. It just hangs in my shed from the ceiling, its not amazing... but its different. I may have a pic........

here we go..
