Awesome frame and fork. Looks like my old Webco, the frame was black with gold or silver decals. My forks looked different than yours, my forks were chrome and had flat or square tubes. I dig your Webco and it brings back lots of good memories of riding to school with my friends and after school up to the flats for some racing and jumping. I really miss the early eighties to mid nineties BMX days. Chased by the Glendora and Covina police, to being arrested at 12 years old by Glendora police for riding on the sidewalks to school. Goodtimes and you brought back lots of memories with this frameset. Thanks for sharing and I hope to see it built up soon.

LOL Do i know you… ?  i grow up in Covina and Glendora and got busted buy Cops in Glendora and  i went to the flats every day after school back in 82 and 83 with my friends Jeff and Lenny……. : )
