While entirely unplanned, it was awesome that the wife and I met up with you and Wendy in Fells. Sure, we could have did more riding, but no complaints on Baltimore bar hopping by bike!
Great times, and the new bars on the FREEAGENT look GREAT! I'm gonna have to get a cruiser for Jenny. ![]()
D.C. next week, I'm solo.

While the bikes are awesome this whole thing is really about the people you meet! I don't mind at all drinking our way through Bmore while riding! See ya dude!

Re: Who's down for a Baltimore ride?
It's that time again, BALTIMORE BIKE PARTY is doing their monthly ride this coming FRIDAY at 7:00PM:
http://baltidome.wordpress.com/2012/08/ … dness-ride/
For those on FACEBOOK:
http://www.facebook.com/events/379986125389683/
Route this month starts at the WASHINGTON monument (mid Baltimore) at 7:00PM, and runs around 13 miles (a few stops along the way, pretty slow pace) finishing at WYMAN DELL park with a night party/live D.J.:
https://maps.google.com/maps/ms?msid=20 … 7,0.151577
The theme is lights (always a good idea for a night ride in Baltimore anyway), so have em if you're coming. Already over 300 riders strong, and they're thinking they'll break the 400 mark by the start of the ride!!! The BMX posse is fairly small but there's always a few coming out to reprezent. I'll likely be riding up from CANTON around 6PM if anyone else wants to ride.

Now yer talking!!!!
I thought about trying to park further uptown, but couldn't really confirm a good spot. Thought about just parking in DRUID HILL, but don't know how safe my ride (crappy as it is) would be after dark (queue "the freaks come out at night"). It'd be nice to park up closer to the start, and cuto out the run up from CANTON (plus the party is up north at the end).
I had found a lot run by EDISON on Falls and HIGH street (usta have a sign that said $4 for all day), but I don't know the hours (number 217):
http://www.parkfast.com/do/regions?areaName=baltimore
I know the Falls way and Druid like the back o' my hand (to get to Washington monument). Where are you parking Ryan?
Let me know I'd like to link-up,

It ends in that park up by BMA. There is plenty of parking up that end of town that is safe.

Just a little west of the park over at Paper Moon Diner there is a side street totally safe and free give me a hollar Fri and we'll hook up and if you want to meet me at my house and follow us over that's cool too. I get off at 6 them I'll head home throw the bikes on the rack and roll out. They said the ride shoves off at 7:30 ish so plenty of time to get down there.

Much thanks, that PAPERMOON area looks like it's a doable landing zone (might have to hit that diner sometime actually). I'll be coming up from work (Greenbelt), and will probably follow my old route up Hilton and across to avoid the race mess. I'm not really sure my timing right now, but I do see that Southbound on Charles looks like a decent route down (nice wide sidewalks, etc.)
I'll have my cell.

Gonna try to park on the street somewhere by PAPERMOON, failing that maybe in the SAFEWAY lot South in Charles, and if that get's buggered I'll jump back to Druid.
Crossing my fingers for a PAPERMOON landing.
See ya there,

This sounds like it would be a good time. I will talk to short post about going since he is currently banned for being a poser!!!
I will be down in that area tomorrow anyway. Maybe just hang out with him till it starts.
