My hands would be shaking too if I'd just found that sweet survivor. I hope this one stays together! Either way, nice score.

I have absolutely no plans to part out. Id like to completely disassemble, and clean thoroughly, and reassemble.


What I'd give for a early 80's 26" GT Cruiser....

Something that stands out to me now that I look at it, there is nothing stamped on the bottom bracket other than the serial number. Ive seen alot that have the "hot dog" redline markings but this doesn't have any of that

Thanks Man. Anyone know what year this thing is? Is there a way to tell just by the serial number or do you have to measure the frame and weigh it to be sure?

I was reading that the 6 digit serial numbers indicate a japan made frame?
