1979 Team Murray 340
1979 Team Murray 340
Nearly completed old school ride!!!
Many thanks to 2dr_sedan for selling me this sweet Murray! I found the correct Motomag wheels for it and only need a set of Carlisle Aggressor 20" x 1.75" tires to complete. I'm sure someone pulled the original Motomags off for a Mongoose or other bike of the era. I have the 1979 Murray catalog and these are correct for this ride. The reflectors are Stimsonite 83's, 81's would be correct but I can live with that.
My avatar is of me back in the day at SkyView Park, NJ on my 1981 Team Murray Track Certified! I still have it!

So Cool, that was my first bike that I got from the fat man himself...heres a pic of it sitting in front of the tree christmas morning. Love to have this bad boy again....of course...being my first bike that I loved...it got stolen.
