Re: 1987 CW California Shaker
Nice survivor. The Shakers have awesome geometry and are truly a fun bike to ride and style. Good luck finding original parts......Odyssey 2000 brakes, RX3 levers, CW labeled Velo Gripper, VP 707 pedals, spinner fork pegs, and the alloy 48 spoke wheels all in white. Lots of hard to find stuff but it can be done. I have a frame, fork, and bars waiting to be restored and I plan on customizing it as the parts to put it original are too hard to find plus I think customized bikes have character, lots of it.

Me too. I'll most likely end up customizing it but just for posterity I would like to restore it first.Just on case I get an offer on it I can say it came really complete.
