1983 Skyway TA

Skyway in pearl purple with white base.NOS Tourney 3 piece crankset and NOS sealed Sugino bottom bracket set.

Took me almost 2 years to rebuild this Skyway. Was so lucky that i found a NOS pair or Araya rims and i can't really bear to ride the bike cuz the koolstop pads seem to scratch the rims, plus i can't find anymore white IRC tires these days and i hate washing them after riding. Might consider selling it if i can get a Diamond Back or if Scarlett Johannson emails me for it..whichever comes first
Look how bare and naked the poor bike is? Can't find any decals here.

I'm curious about the bike shops in Malaysia...please tell me how is it there. Once at the causeway i saw a Kuwahara exhibitionist locked on a pole, with rust all over and and basket in front lol

I found some gd Kuwie parts at a shop near the causeway and a bunch of bmx decals at a competitive road bike shop in KL, well that was maybe 4 yrs back. Saw a kid carrying groceries on a Redline while taking pictures of the state capital once before.

At KL Ournumbers? I went there once and forgot about the bike shops..maybe i should go there again someday.

Actually i'm thinking of trading my TA for a Tioga Rhino. If it's a mint Rhino. Let me know if anyone's got one please.
