UPDATE: Some sad news- the top tube had some corrosion. The fork and frame dropouts are absolutely mint(meaning ZERO washer marks)

I had him go ahead with it. No one should be riding 35 year old frames anyway 
I got this back several weeks ago, but just unwrapped it. The powder is a bit thick in places and a there is some orange peel, but it turned out pretty nice. There's also a rattle in the rear upper triangle
