2012 True Torch Torker 26

Hand made frame and fork in the good ol' USA...from Johnny True Torch out of Santa Ana, CA

This bike was built from parts that I purchased mostly from museum members...bikesnbuses (wheels), wbasulto (killer bars), Motleymick (cranks), KenC (pads) and larock (grips)
The remaining parts I purchased from...Porkchop (tires, brakes, pedals, seat post clamp, chain ring and spider)
Thank you everyone!

Thanks for checking in Ed!

The top tube length is 22.5"

and if they made 26" Tuffs...I would be all over them!

Re: 2012 True Torch Torker 26

#002 is almost complete and ready to ship to Ed (coloredtuffs). We will make 2 more afterwards and I'll list them for sale here. They come with a chrome finish. Decals are not included.

I handle sales and marketing at True Torch. We have almost 40 years experience fabricating BMX bikes. We do custom builds and repairs but our overhead is not paid via BMX. We wish it were but the mundane welding and fabricating jobs must come first.

Personally, I'm a total Peddlepower and early Powerlite junkie. Always looking for '83 and older Peddlepower and Powerlite parts. I need 24" & 26" Powerlite forks.

Re: 2012 True Torch Torker 26

Where did you find those rims? 26x1.5, 2.25's? Was the chrome surging sprocket hard to find?

I purchased the rims here on the museum...they are 26x1.75

The sprocket is Sugino...no they aren't hard to find...there is one up in the beta section right now from a A+ seller

between here and the bay you can find just about anything you need!
