1984 Diamondback Viper

First Bike growing up, First build on the museum..

This build was my first since refinding the BMX hobby, and first since joining the Museum.. This bike had a particular interest for even buying it.. This was my first "real" bike that I got for my 7th Birthday.. I thought I was the radest kid on the block. So this was just a cool F/F that I picked up and learned as I went  through building it..

Re: 1984 Diamondback Viper

Same story here. It's been a lot of fun getting back into this thing and building bikes. Brakes were a little tricky at first but no problem now. 990's for my freestylers were a challenge at first and the looking and buying experience has been a lot of fun. Your DB's are are some of the nicest I've seen!

Pretty much enjoying all aspects of this hobby. Buying, selling, trading, restoring, riding, wishing, and waiting.

Re: 1984 Diamondback Viper

Well if you got this bike as your first I can say you were the raddest kid on the block.  Great build.
