How do people get away with doing this? Isn't there some sort of fraud law or something to punish or fine people that do this and pursue legal action etc?

I do. I've watched what and how he has listed items since he has started. Some items seemed legit and others didn't. He's been poor on communication, and caught in lies. The mods are not out to get him. They are just trying to cover our butts. Old&Busted still has a chance to prove himself.

Tried to dib a pedal lot from this guy. BMXjunky and Ol'Phart beat me to it. I thought the $20 price tag was a type-o. I knew it was too good to be true. Never even noticed he didn't have any feedback. Sucks for you guys that paid, but if you don't get your parts, hopefully, you will get your money back.

Anytime the pictures look like they were taken in the back seat of a GTO I get suspicious. Seems a strange setting for bike part photos.

Ok guys i bought a lot of stuff from this guy and didnt have any issues what so ever. However i was at his home in person. The guy seemed cool I dont think he is trying to scam however out of what i read he may just have an issue following through with the shipping. however I can assure you that i seen those wheels in his house along with that stem that he listed. I also picked up the star bars and then put them down so i know for a fact that they were there as well. i can vouch that the items he has listed are there but that is all I can vouch for..

So I dont know how my lst post was perceived but the items are there I just had an issue with my name being mentioned and the parts being described as NOS when the ones i seen wernt

Hats off to museum admin/mods for doing this RIGHT. Issues reported, move the guy to "restricted". Sort it out later. WAY better than the old way of waiting till someone officially got ripped, and then trying to figure it out and then eventually moving person to restricted.

He is the seller that had Pro Racer forks for under 100.00,79.00 shipped,i thought something was strange about that,i hope it all works out for you guys.

I have never seen someone offer overnight express shipping that to me is suspicious.
