I do have some insider knowledge. Bob is re entering the BMX market with Iconix and thats a very reassuring thing for us and the scene in general. He has some fantastic ideas on how to elevate this sport and bring that originality back and there will be a range of awesome and relevant products. I have seen this bike and its pure Bob. The standard is high and I love the anticipation.

+1!!!!!!
The tires do look big. But I like the high seat post and the big sprocket. That screams retro to me.

"First of all Rat, you never let on how much you like a girl. "Oh, Debbie. Hi." Two, you always call the shots. "Kiss me. You won't regret it." Now three, act like wherever you are, that's the place to be. "Isn't this great?" Four, when ordering food, you find out what she wants, then order for the both of you. It's a classy move. "Now, the lady will have the linguini and white clam sauce, and a Coke with no ice." And five, now this is the most important, Rat. When it comes down to making out, whenever possible, put on side one of Led Zeppelin IV."

Re: Bob Haro new bike. What is this?
I may end up completely wrong, but I don't see Bob doing a straight retro bike. He's always been one to push design and riding progression so I would expect a lot of modern technology on this project. I wouldn't be surprised if it was more like the Freestyler prototype that became the 09 model. Part of me wishes this was a signature line under the Haro brand. To have him involved with his namesake company would be special. As far as the what's in the picture, it looks like his 82 bike.
