1984 DiamondBack Formula 1
1984 DiamondBack Formula 1
Restore in progress
Once a gift to my exwife from her Dad, my sons Grandma suggested I fix it for our son, which he wanted no part of.I couldnt blame him, it was in horrible shape.I never would have thought I could get it to look as it does now. Frame was rechromed, but everything else was cleaned, polished,or new.The brakes dont belong on it, but Im polishing an 83 set of DC's now for it.The lever is original though, along with almost evrything else.New parts are tires, tubes, cable, post, chain, grips, rims and spokes. I have the original rims, but need to have them professionally restored.I still have the B1B grips, just dont use them to keep them clean.
