Three Arrows 42-46t sprocket.  Looks like an LRV fork, could be a Tange TX-500b, hard to tell from the photo.  MX-60 mags (E. Dale Enterprises).  Ashtabula stem, maybe the crank as well.  It looks like a Mesinger Dragon seat but again hard to tell from that photo.

Hecka cool! Looks bad ass! I have a pair of those wheels in my garage and in the course of researching them I saw those stoker bikes, now its on my wish list!
