I HAD A TORKER YEARS AGO AND IT GOT STOLEN SO I DID A REBUILD IT'S A ITCH I HAD TO SCRATCH.

I'm curious, how did you ID it as an '84? I kinda thought they went to the Redline-type gusset by 1984.  I'd love to have a better source of info to properly ID these (and other) bikes.

I don't think that's a 1984. I have been busy becoming the "better source of info" I wrote about above. Send me the serial number and i'll tell you what year and model you have there. It's not a 1984.
