1985  Hutch Trick Star

Every Man-child needs one of these to be complete.

1/12/08   Found by waking up early and searching Craigslist all over country. It came with awesome coat of house paint.    3/5/08 New paint job! Always wanted something to ride around VW show parking lots.   3/14/08  Sort of thrown together with: Black DK chopsticks w/ Pro Raider sprocket, Gyro 2, ACS 860 brakes w/ Tektro levers, GT Mallot, new tuffs, fly bikes tires, rattle canned Dyno drain pipe and a GT seat.  Cheapo VP pedals . I know I threw a lot of incorrect parts on it, but it is a rider, and I am just a carpenter with an expensive habit! 3/29/08 Put the real grips and seat post clamp on finally!

Absolutely lovin' the color combo here!!  Sweet Hutch......and it's good to see you weren't worried about being "era correct"....just picked a color you liked and went with it.......AWEsome job for a carpenter!!! big_smile

Sweet Trickstar and sweet VW. I had to make this one of my faves.
