One of a few Steve Veltman XL replica's that Carlo made in the early 1990.
Got this frame out of Darren's stash from Carlos shed out of state. There were a few frames but this one was the least rusted. Kovachi wheels (RIP), Boss cranks stem bars and rare anno blue spider (factory team only). I put updated tires on it to ride.
