1984 Redline 500a

built this to ride

i had to resubmit this bike just because it changed so much.just found the handlebars hang in on the wall of my local bikeshop.they have a sticker that says wald 1982.i got them for 10 bucks.the wheels are off of my 87 performer.brakes from my 84 predator.the seat from my 89 windtsyler.new redline flights.porkchop pedals and clamp.knock off mushrooms that feel like the real thing.i know its labeled a 600a.thats how i got the frame and fork.he told me in advance and gave me a great deal on it.got it fro a member..thanks friendly one.just took it out for the first time today.couldnt be happier.hope you enjoy..kinda has a pro styler vibe...note the bmx museum stickers....SOLD

I like it!  It's great to see an old school bike that's built to ride.  Just goes to show that everything doesn't always have to be period and era-correct to produce a sweet-looking ride!  Have fun on it!!

Yeah, what he said! ^

I've got another 600a in the works to go along with the '83 I have already. I loves me my Redlines!

Added Fave!

Re: 1984 Redline 500a

If your looking to get rid of this bike, I might be willing to get it back... Great build and great to see it was put to good use and not just sitting there... Congrats on the build...
