1987 Carraro Freestyle

Carraro - Freestlye in Italian.

This is my second “venture” into the bmx-world. I bought it from the original owner, who got it from Austria back in the days. There aren’t many of these Italian bikes around, this is the second Carraro in the Museum. The bike is 99% factory original, only the seat post has been replaced with a Hsin-Lung cr-mo post, as the original was badly bent. I also put some A’me grips on it but I do have the originals, too. Even the decals are original. The old school chequered crash pad set is my addition – I think it suits the bike well. You won’t find any expensive bits on this bike; it has Star-X mags and Ursuss Lusso brakes, plastic 2-finger levers, a TopGun seat, etc., but it has fork pegs and it rides really nice. And it is genuine fun. So, enjoy!

Re: 1987 Carraro Freestyle

This is the 2nd Carraro in the Museum... Maybe not as nice as the other one (I think it is) but it's all original. Like it?
