1982 Scorpion

What we have here is a really nice survivor.

Survivor as far as I can tell.  Parts include a Takagi Tourney 170 mm crank, KKT Lightning Pedals, Araya 20 x 1.75 rims laced to Suzue hubs with  Comp II tires, Dia-Compe brakes, Kashimax seat, Ames grips and SR neck.  Looking at another Scorpion on this site that is close to this bike verifes that this bike came from the factory with these parts.  The picture of the other bike was taken at XMAS back in the day.  This is a very clean bike and appears to have not been ridden much.  Tightened the non-drive crank arm, aired up the tires and took it for a cruise.  The only thing that is odd with the bike is that it has a DC 890 on the rear with a pre-bent lever and on the front there is a MX1000 and straight lever.

YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE.

IF YOU CAN'T FIX IT WITH A HAMMER, YOU'VE GOT AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM.
