Re: gauging interest on a Washington DC area ride and/or meet.

One good thing about the rain, I got some stuff I wanted to do done... I swapped out my stickers on my Wave C and finished up a 18" Hoffman for a girl that doesn't have a bike. If I have to teach her to ride she has to ride in style!!! It's done up like a Sunday Forecaster will be finished when her Profile sprocket comes in.

I want to give Jim C a reach around!

Re: gauging interest on a Washington DC area ride and/or meet.

Don't want to let the time get away...  What's the word on this ride?

I see that there's currently a 50% chance of rain on SAT, temps around 86, but high humidity pushing the "heat index" to around 91 or so.  Of course even with all of our technology and orbital satellites, there's rarely an accurate weather predict this far out .

Any more thoughts on this ride, DAY v.s. NIGHT?  Any interest in making it SUN if the weather is better (at least no rain predict)?

In a worse case I'll ride Bmore on SUN instead.

Maybe me....But it's time to put old "Blacky", my black RL-20, out to sea....She was a good ride, but it's time to say good-bye and get her replacement built.
I have all the parts for her replacement, just need some help getting her together.  Steve was once again kind enough to offer his services, well see if we can make it happen......just needs to cool off a little to do anything really....roll

I need to take a break on BMORE for a bit.

RYAN, D.C., this weekend, metro in?

Quebra (small percentage chance I'll have to cover the Mars landing this weekend, but so far it looks like somebody else drew the short straw).
