Just noticed the cardboard under the tires of the Haros and GT. Cool idea. I understand why, as they are well done. I always build to the point that I can still ride mine by using newer tires, but that is me. The blue GT is beautiful and spotless as well as the Haros. I would love to own/ride a couple of those bikes.
Believe me when I say that I have several others that I do ride! White tires are so hard to keep clean too! ![]()
Change? I don't mind change. Change is fine as long as it doesn't try to take something away from me. Now give me back my childhood!
WANTED! NOS Dia Compe 1985 dated rear bake cable in white!

I know. My Big Daddy had white parts last September, but I recently swapped to black after I rolled it over to pick up my trophy at the Smoopy show. Your GT and two of the Haros were all in my top three of all the bikes there. I have an 87 GT Performer I am about to start soon. I am going to use new Odyssey Frequency white tires and newer Skyways, unless some mint GT tires and mags appear at my house.![]()

Sounds to me like your looking for your next project.
The Haros make me wish I had not sold the Haro I had

I am always looking for a Haro with the frame standers as I always wanted one. Just above my pay grade to build one from scratch. The GT is too, but I lucked up on one on Craigslistduring the winter, but the part search to correct the frankenbike has been the challenge.

Hmmm, I too am working on an 87 GT Performer. White with pink parts! Will probably go with some Porkchop white Comp copies for that one. ![]()

the ton of prizes and and goodies given away made it worthwhile for anyone to show up for. hope to make it

So here is a few of what I got, I tried to get a picture of everyone and their trophy and of everyones bikes. Thank you to everyone who made it out and to everyone who had intentions of coming but couldnt. Next year we hope for a bigger turn out and more bikes. Our sponsors were amazing and made the Gt an awesome bike. The kids in the jump contest showed alot of heart and the 1st and 2nd place were so hard to decide. I hope everyone had a good time and next year will be even bigger!!! Brains & Bikes II is already in planning!!!!!!
Check us out!!!! Zombieland BMX Customs!!!!!

Hey Tyler, any chance you can edit your post with the picts above and add the category/name of winner? That'd be great.
