I wish I could keep them all! Thanks for the Feedback, I had fun building it. This is what I remember Diamondbacks looking like in our neighborhood back in the day!!!! The chrome gleamed, ano parts everywhere, Cal Lites and 3 piece cranks...I had to build one!
I have a handful of the chain protectors still NOS in the bag... I was starting to think no one else remembered these things, I knew guys that had them in the 80's and always thought they were kinda cool.

WOW, great looking Bike. The color scheme is well balanced. You did a great job restoring it. Do you have any pic of what it looked like before you re did it?
.Forgot to mention the chainguard.. I forgot about those until I saw it. I had black one on my DB back in 83, although it did last long, but it was cool when they first came out.

Yeah the Chain protectors did not work as well as they claimed but looked pretty cool!

Yeah, It was a really fun project! I thought it turned out really nice! I sold it to fund other projects.
