1984 Redline Prostyler

`84 Redline RL20 Prostyler, 20.5" top tube, no peg bosses on the forks....needs a re-chrome or powder coat.

Your F&F set looks great. I have an identical one in chrome with original decals ser# RD 01011.
I'll submit to the Museum when I complete it in a few weeks.

Not sure what I'm going to do with it, re-chroming is expensive so I thought I'd get it powdered white and the forks re-chromed but after having a look at some  other early Prostylers it's either all chrome or all white. I have the early 85' decals (the one's you can buy everywhere online) and I know they're too long (but can be cut to fit).....Am going to finish my other Redline build first me thinks, I also have a 83 GT Pro Nora Cup to build...

sounds like we have similar interests in builds. i hope to have my '83 GT Pro here to build soon.

All the Redlines up to 85/86 were great after that they got a bit cheap! GT's have always been beautiful especially the early ones...

That's great, an '84! Those seem to be pretty rare. If you can afford it, I'd go with a re-chrome. Check out my '86. Maybe you'll be inspired!
