WILKERSON AIRLINES (WAL) RIOT - Lets See Em! Need Some Ideas!

I've been killing to build something for a while, but have had brain freeze for a while.  I'd really like to start something and have a few framesets here.  Right now, I've been looking at my WAL.  I picked it up as shown below and have since found the correct forks.  I have seem the 8 (Or So) that are currently in the museum and loke some of the ideas.  Lets see some more!  Here's what I have to start with (Plus the correct forks)i

The Big Boy is the closest I can get to having a Riot.

I'd like a Riot or Riot 2 in nice shape (difficult to find in nice shape).

Both the WAL RIOT and 2hip Big Boy are nice bike with nice design . I'm still hoping that Ron will reissue the RIOT some day but they rerelease the Pork instead !  sadroll

My observations:
1) I like San Quentin Bars
2) I hate 1 piece cranks
3) I don't really like the look of ACS 55 stems
4) I have more of the parts I want to use than I thought  - I only need grips, calipers, cranks, and seatpost clamp!

This ones coming along.  I have everything except red or red/black sleeve  Mushroom (Or Mushroom 2) grips and Peregrine 2nd gen cranks to finish.  I'm crossing my fingers that the grips pop up.  The cranks are out there.

i like the wilkerson set-up. where i came from, if you weren't loaded, one piece cranks were a fact of life. seems they aren't represented enough in todays '80's' builds. they were competent cranks too.
