1987 Kuwahara Magician
1987 Kuwahara Magician
Recently restored...
New Black/White powdercoat over sandblasted original frame.
NOS Parts, including Hutch Pedals, Kuwahara Grips, Lee Chi Brake Levers, TrickTop seat.
This was my first full restoration. I decided to skip the original Magician stickers and go with early 80's Kuwahara Survivor frame decals instead. Check out the before and after pics...There's more details on my website.

Re: 1987 Kuwahara Magician
hey bmxinsf, if you're not going to go stock (and it sounds like you aren't) then piant it white if that's what you like. as for the parts, use quality parts that you like.

Re: 1987 Kuwahara Magician
IMO one of the best looking magicians in the museum. I love the black and white color scheme...goes well with the tuffs. I know it's not factory spec, but I think it looks great. This color scheme made me buy the same bike with every intention of redoing mine in blk/white also.

Re: 1987 Kuwahara Magician
Yeah.... I've got some other projects I'm working on. It hurts to sell it, but I just don't have room for complete bikes that I don't ride.
Hopefully it will find a good home. It's a pretty good deal, I think. I put much more than $500 into it.....
