Nice frame! Are those Bottema race forks? Be careful with a laid back seat post on that frame or you could crack the seat mast.

Re: Nomura - Owned since 1984

Thanks.

No - not selling - this is my Grail!  I raced it BITD

I have a straight post coming for it - just mocking some things up.

The forks are True Torch "Bottema Race Forks / Tribute"  I'll go with these untill I can find the real deal.  They look great - just need some Bottema Fork stickes in red.

Not sure how much the frames cost in a bike shop or mail order....  Good Question though!

I bought it used of a friend that was getting out of racing.  I bought the complete bike for $500.  It had Profile Cranks, 1.5 7x rims with Bullseye Hubs, Uni Seat, DK stem, TRX forks...  Bars??  Unknown.

I raced Skyway and GT...  and this Nomura....   NOTHING beats this Frame (back then)

I need to clarify...  My experience with the Nomura is that I felt is was superior on the track.  The Skyway was more versital freestyle/ramp/race..  Best bang for the buck was my GT Pro (everyone should own one!).  I'm sure guys can argue which was the best and which out of all that was availible BITD was king...  But I'm sure we all agree the old school stuff just has class that's unmatched with today's stuff.
