1985 Dyno Compe

1985 Dyno Compe

First Year Compe Mostly Survivor

1985 Dyno Compe (Custom but mostly original)
-Original paint and decals on frame and fork (American made frame since serial number is on one of rear drop outs.)
-Sakae MX2 stem
-Sakae Cross Power Sprocket
-Sakae 1 piece cranks
-Skyway 6 spoke mags (specially designed for this year of bike.)
-GT Frame and Fork Standers
-GT Laid back seat post with original medallion (decal doesn't match my color theme, but it is original lol.)
-A'ME Triangle Grips
-GT Freestyle Pad Set
-Kenda Kontact Blue tires 20x1.95
-Pork Chops Blue Brake Cable housings
-Vanguard locking brake levers
-Viscount blue seat
That's the list of what I added to it and what it came with. Some old school and some new school parts. I'll probably keep the original paint and decals since they are not too bad and minimal, plus it'll add a little bit of a rugged old school look to it (not to forget the slightly bent back axel from jumping it.) I wanted a color theme to it (Green, blue, and white.) The pedals, chain, sprocket and brake levers are black and chrome but thats all right with me.

This Bike and it's parts are not for sale...enjoy the bike and the magazine article!

Re: 1985 Dyno Compe

It's a 1985 model compe because it has the single plate on the frame stand. They didn't add a double plate until 1986. Besides if you check magazine ads for the 1985 Compe it shows all the colors that they came in and etc.
