My 1st old school project & rider
This is my first old school rider project bike & my rider, I remember wanting one of these when I was 10 - 12 years old. I scored the F/F off ebay, and sourced all of the other parts through various places. This bike is what brought me to BMX museum, and I actually scored the cranks and wheels from a member who has been very cool to me as a newer member! I am not done with this yet I just wanted to be able to ride it so i threw it together and away I went. Now I have the fever !!!! had to update the parts and pics with new stuff!!

Sweet bike! If the decals are original its a 87-88. I had a chrome 88 cali pro back in the day and just recently got another one thanks to a member but its the grey/chrome one.

the decals where on it when I got it but the Serial # is M6 so I'm not sure.

It's probably an 87. Sometimes the stamp on bikes is a year before the actual model year because they start manufacturing them the year before. My 88 pro is dated 87. GT serial numbers are like that too sometimes. It has to do with what time of the year it was made.
