1982 Diamond Back Harry Leary Turbo

My OG Holy Grail...

All original black chrome finish. EVERY BIT AND PIECE ON THE BIKE IS NOW OEM/ UNRESTORED ORIGINAL AS IT WOULD HAVE COME IN 1982. (MINUS GREASE! LOL)....THANKS TO ALL THE MEMBERS HERE THAT MADE THAT POSSIBLE! It was originally owned by someone who tried her hand at BMX as a kid, raced a handful of times and decided she wanted to be a dancer instead. The Turbo sat in her family's basement till I acquired her.
2/9/2014 SOLD

Re: 1982 Diamond Back Harry Leary Turbo

Pretty much the coolest " out of the box " bikes you could get in the 80's. Great find, great bike. If I was given the choice between a Hutch Pro Star, Haro Master or any 80's Redline and one of these was in the mix, this baby would be the bike I would want. There's something about the Turbo that just brings back the memories for me.

Ummmmm..........Yeah.

That is pretty sweet. A little piece of me hurts whenever I think about how I passed up getting one of these as a kid.

Very cool bike. Now move the brake levers away from the grips so they are straight. They work much better the way they were designed. big_smile
