2002 Quamen G4

This is my everyday bike, The Black Mariah inspired by Paul Frank's black on black Honda Civic. It is a Quamen G4 2002. The top tube is 18.75" the head angle is a very steep 76.5 and weighs about 5.15 lbs. for frame only. It is set up with a 28mm offset Quamen stem, 165mm FSA flatland cranks 28/11 gear ratio and 7" zero sweep Quamen Hiroya Morizaki bars cut to 23" wide.  The photos of the G4 in action were taken by Sean Korn (hang 5 at the bicycle Film Festival Chicago 8/10/2008) and the other was from www.freedombmx.net at the Mid-West Old School Show 2/23/2008 Crown Point, IN ).

What a great looking bike - I love the Quamen's from that era (early 2000s). 
I only wish I could ride flat decently which would give me a great excuse to build one!

An interesting fact about this frame is, it was given to me by my wife at our rehearsal dinner the night before our wedding in 2002.  It has been my main flatland bike ever since.

Great bike! 

Im a recent flatland convert after years of racing....

Easy to ride?  I'll have to try one out.  I found my Ares 'difficult' to ride at first.  smile
