scored a 1985 PK RIPPER today!
I'm no expert on SE bikes but from what I can tell this is an 85 with pre 85 forks. I dont know if the forks are the real deal?? The rest of the bike is nothing special. Maybe the stem? The guy I got it from said it was his kids pride and joy for alot of years. But he had moved out in the 90's so I would say some of the parts are 90's! Oh it had a pitbull 2 brake on it I took off to get a better look at the brake bridge.

I got it like that!!! Its been sitting in the guys garage. I used mothers alum polish and rubbed on the drops by hand to clean them up but just a little bit. With a little 2000 followed by some 3000 I could hand polish it and make it look like chrome!
