Peugeot UO8 Conversion
This is my 1971 Peugeot UO8 ten speed to fixed-gear/single-speed conversion. I chopped the Bontrager bars an inch and a half on each side, added two new tires, a new rear wheel with a flip-flop hub, added a mini-mountain lever for front brake only, and deuced all the extraneous gear like the bottle and cage, the derailleur, rear brake, etc...

Super fun and quick for city riding. I love it. Nice way to make a usable bike out of something that would have gone in the landfill.
