Crank down the first straight, keep the rubber side down on the second, pump the third, and ignore the burning sensation in your arms and legs in the fourth. Yes, there are lots of places to pedal, but being smooth will help wonders.

Berms are good size, plenty of room to make a move. Last obstacle in the second straight going into the turn has a weird backside transition. Don't know why they haven't fixed it. It just sort of drops off.

The jumps are big, and some have stated they can be tricky to navigate, especially down the first straight. Nothing that can't be rolled. tho.

Looking forward to seeing alot of first timers there. I think you guys will like it.

I'm in, I'm working on a ride though...can you squeeze me in?...and I would like to ride shotgun gun on saturday if possible. Look forward to riding in Hectors backyard(both of them)

Fun day yesterday at waukegan track was fun and hot. Track was very dry and dusty.

I was the guy with the SE tent near the moto board.

I didn't make my main, but the track was in great shape, and running FAST. My son swooped a kid in the last turn to make his main.

If you thought yesterday was dusty, you should should have been in Milwaukee the week before, I don't think they watered the track at all.

The lack of rain helped the pit area. It's usually a swamp around the moto board, and south of the bleachers.

What class were you in, and where were the rest of the gang?
