You can use auto paint and have them add the same stuff to the paint that they use on plastic bumpers so the paint can flex with the wheel... Otherwise the paint would crack... brakes will rub threw at some point I would think....

you will need long sleeve shirt and long pants also a full face helmet if you dont have a helmet they have them there to rent or free to use not sure.
