1981 Redline MX-II

Finally getting around to posting my '81 Redline MX-II build. I built this bike to race around here in NJ at local tracks. I needed the longer frame then the 'Goose I was riding before.

This bike was basically built from parts that I got from fellow Museum members.
Here's a parts brake down;
Redline Frame / Fork - (beautifully painted by Lou)
Redline V-Bars - (also painted by Lou)
Gold (unstamped) Square Tuf-Neck - (the only necks I ran BITD)
Yellow Oakley 3 grips
Yellow Cali Lite pads (couldn't find yellow Redline pads)
Black Profile cranks - (also painted by Lou)
Gold Bullseye bottom bracket - (sweet B/B, thanks Steven)
Victor pedals - (bodies powdered black, cages powdered gold)
Gold Sugino chain ring
Gold Araya 7c rims
Black low flange Dura-Ace hubs (this was my hot set-up BITD, before Bullseye hubs)
Gold Dia Compe MX1000 brake set-up
Kool Stop brake pads with black fins
Gold Xcaliber seat clamp
Shimano DX seat post
Black Shot Gun II seat 
All in all a very fast sweet ride that reacts real quick...really love riding her hard..
