2000 GT PERFORMER
Stickered as a 1988, this was a very cheap CL find that I build for and with my 7 year old daughter.  The most expensive thing on this bike are the Skyway Tuff II's.  Most of the bike is stock.  Chain, grips, freewheel, cables, valve caps, brake pads, and seat are all from Porkchop.  Stock Tektro levers and calipers.  Repop 1988 decals from Ultrahive.  Here is a link to the resto thread: http://bmxmuseum.com/forums/viewtopic.p … 24&p=1

Re: 2000 GT Performer

This bike became an instant favorite with my daughter she loved the purple.  It's cool to see you did the build with her.  I actually just picked up a purple plasma Dyno for my daughter and looking forward to building it with her!  Keep up the nice builds! cool

SWEET!!!! Another bike....wait....where the Hell am I going to put this one?!

Hey, thanks man!  I appreciate the props.  We designed the color scheme together.  It was fun to include her in my hobby.  Now my other kid wants one...
