1998 Dyno Compe

Rare metallic olive GT Dyno Compe survivor with nasty after market brakes.

Bought on eBay for £20 in 2007 and a nice wee runner which cleaned up nice. The previous owner had fitted some nasty after market V Brakes, but this was just a first test purchase before seeking the holy grail, a Dyno D-30.

Stock Dyno Compe F&F and Bars
GT Stunt Pegs
Nasty V Brakes
Odyssey Twisted Pedals
Orgy2 Gyro
Odyssey Twisted Handle Bar Grips and butt ends (replaced with AME Grips)

Re: 1998 Dyno Compe

Love the color, but those breaks are hideous.  Get your grail man, or retro another but keep the color on this one!cool

Cool, a new bike.  Wait a minute.......where am I going to hide this one.  She's going to catch me...

They make a Compe in the same color that was the exact same but it had different cranks & stem. Since this one is missing the top tube sticker, you have to go by the parts to tell. If it still had the sticker it would be a Z & the Compes had a C etc etc.

Re: 1998 Dyno Compe

It's cool that you added those brakes.

That Dyno Compe really should have come with front and rear u-brakes.
