Let's see your VG parts!
Von Giese (VG) parts are really interesting to me. Show us what VG components you have!
VG PRECISION COMPONENTS
Highest Quality Billet BMX and Mountain Bike Racing Components
VG Precision Components continues to be the leader in CNC machined BMX components. These people are serious about quality. They are not joking.
VG starts with a solid block of 6061-T651 aluminum. The block endures precise machining, tool after tool. The amount of metal machined away to create one part is often 50% to 70% of its original mass. Yes! Machining is the most difficult, the most time consuming, and therefore the most expensive way to make a component. However, when finished it's of AIRCRAFT QUALITY. VG is not trying to see how fast or how cheap they can bang them out. Everyone knows the BIG BOYS have shown us their sub-grade stampings and their "ten cent" castings, however VG COMPONENTS are machined from a solid block of aluminum, making each inherently stronger.
So, when you're pushing your RIDE to its limits, you will have no mental hangup about the other guy's sub-grade componentry. The statement "QUALITY COSTS MONEY" is definately true here, however, in the long haul, "QUALITY COSTS LESS". So, if you are happy with the other guys junk, OK! However, if you need and/or want the best, buy VG COMPONENTS for racing & free-style, mountain, road, and cross bikes.

Re: Let's see your VG parts!
Lower left corner you can see the drop out savers and cable guide I scored along with a group of other mid-school stuff I scored over the weekend.
I scored one more set of drop-out savers but I installed them on my '92 Holmes the second I got them to the garage.
