What year?  I've got an '02... http://bmxmuseum.com/bikes/haro/2967 got it for like, 130 bux a few years back off of EvilBay...heavy as Hades, but a fun, indestructible cruiser.

I've got one! Haven't built it, so I can't tell you how I like it, but it's very nice to look at in a raw finish....

Scooters are just like bikes for guys who want to feel the wind in their vagina.

Do I owe you feedback? Please remind me via PM and I'll take care of it.

Re: haro backtrail X24

Hmmmm. they stopped making X24s in '08, I believe.....they used tri-moly frames starting in '06.....$200 might be a little steep depending on what year, regardless of condition.

Re: haro backtrail X24

I have a new 08 and have to say for trail riding it is a great bike, a little on the heavy side but indestructable, also a great kick bike, swap out the cranks cuz the 8 spline is weak it should have every thing sealed, I would offer 170 but if he won't budge give him the 200 good bike IMO

Re: haro backtrail X24

Here's what I did to mine.  Paint by Lou and powder by Chip.  YEah it's heavy but its fun to ride and gets a lot of comments when I ride with my bros. It's been finished with a white chain, Demolition rear brake and 901 front both with clear pads.

Re: haro backtrail X24

I have a raw finish 02 and like said above its a heavy tank but its a great bike overall. I switched out the cranks, and stem for nicer stuff and its just a great riding bomb proof bike.

Re: haro backtrail X24

I think they're great bikes.  I saw one while I was on vacation in '02 and bought one in '03 when they finally came out in black.  It's like a 24' version of a nice 20" dirt jumping bike.  Heavy, but solid, as it should be for the type of riding it was built for.
