1985 Aero Reflex

Built up over a period of approx 6 weeks using NOS and NEW parts.

Not necessarily era specific (so, any help with unknown parts dates would be appreciated). The layback will eventually get replaced with a NOS item (especially if I can get hold of a braced 80s layback), and so will the seat clamp. Total cost of build, not including delivery charges for the various parts from various different companies, came to just under £300 (approx $600 US). - 1985 Aero Reflex 4130 Cro-Mo Frame # (Frame Number F4099588) (NOS) - 1985 Reynolds Forks (NOS) - Hatta MX10 Headset (Year?)(NOS) - Suntour MS1100 Power Stem, Silver (Year?)(NOS) - Dyno/Powerlite Drainpipe Handlebars (Year?)(NOS) - 1985 Dia-Compe MX901 Rear Brake Caliper (NOS) - 1985 Dia-Compe MX880 Front Brake Caliper (NOS) - 1985 Dia-Compe Tech 5 Brake Levers (NOS) - 1985 Dia-Compe Brake Cables (NOS) - Meteor-Lite Grips (Year?)(NOS) - Haro Fusion DX Style Pedals (Year?)(NOS) - Tuf Neck 42T Silver Chainwheel (Year?)(NOS) - Generic Plastic BMX Seat (Year?)(NOS) - Generic Trick Nuts/Stunt Pegs (Year?)(NOS) - Skyway Tuff II Wheels, Sealed Bearings, White (NEW) - Comp III Style Tyres, 1.75" (NEW) - Diamond Back 175mm 1-Piece Crank (NEW) - Diamond Back Bottom Bracket (NEW) - Dicta 16T 4130 Cro-Mo Freewheel (NEW) - KMC Kool Chain (NEW) - Generic Braced Layback Seat Post (NEW) - Freak Factory Seat Clamp (Year?) As far as I'm aware Aero don't have anything to do with GT. The Aero Reflex frame was designed in a similar style to the GT Pro Performer, but with different geometry and tube lengths (the standing platforms on the top tube are much longer on the Aero for instance). Been looking all over the place for more info on Aero, but can't find any anywhere.
