1976 Kenny Roberts

76 Kenny Roberts, ACS Z-Rims

This is my childhood bike. I bought the frame used in 1980, and the parts mainly from Mr. Bicycle in Fairfield Ca. Serial number 109. I just replaced (late 2006) the tires, seat and seat post with NOS parts. I think this is a  76 Kenny Roberts?
The frame was originally sold by Jim's Bike Shop in Richmond Ca.
The 'older' picture is from a few weeks ago, before I replaced some parts with NOS.

Re: 1976 Kenny Roberts

Cool. Never seen one before. And, I, too, was thinking it looks Sentry like. I think the OG ad for the Sentry has Kenny Roberts in with Brent Patterson. Very cool.

I like the angle between the back bars right behind the seat and just in front of the seat looks better then alot of other bikes from that time.cool

What an awesome build! You really took a relic of the past and brought it into the future. Great job!
